Prep Time: 10-20 Minutes (Depending On if You Plan to Make Sweet Balsamic Glaze from Scratch)
1 Small Watermelon Deskinned and Cut into Cubes
1 Large Handful of Basil Finely Chopped
3/4 Cups of Feta Cheese Crumbled
1/4 Red Onion Finely Sliced
2-3 Tablespoons of Sweet Balsamic Glaze
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
*Due to the watery nature of watermelon, Chef Sean recommends straining the watermelon first to remove excess water. It may also be more visually appealing to serve individual salads for quality presentation. In this photo Chef Sean created individual bite-sized salads, however, you may choose to make the salads as big or as small as you would like. Add sweet balsamic glaze to the bottom of the serving dish first, place watermelon on top of glaze, add feta and onion third, top with basil.
